What's the name of the program that I use to change the original sprites for custom sprites?

Love final fantasy tactics  :)

Do you have the .NET Framework 2.0 or higher?

Anything is possible as long as it is within the hardware's limits. (ie. disc space, RAM, Video RAM, processor, etc.)
