What is this status about? I tried it and it makes an enemy turn black and stand still, but they can still move and act.....

I found that Wall makes someone invincible, and what is the Reaction called 'Reflect'.

1) Nothing. But you can use it as a curse status by adjusting what status it cancels and prevents. Be creative with it.
2) Yes, that is what wall does.
3) It does nothing. it was never programmed.
