Lyn is one of the three main lords in Fire Emblem 7, for the gba. Its SRPG like FFT. She's a very quick sworduser that gets a bow later on. But Eliwood is still better!

I only used some ninja boots and the marks for the eyes as base, all else scratched. That'd be 90% more work.. Maybe if you guys can find me a VERY similar sheet to my pose, it could be done quickly.

Seriously though. She'd be awesome but gods know you've got enough on your plate as it is. Just let us know if you ever intend to finish a sprite of her. It would, obviously, be well received.

yeah i agree with above statement, i know exactly how that feels. you one day see that its too much drop it all (for a while) and do something else for fun lol)

anyway,i think the ninja female is probably still the best template (excluding the arms). seeing her side by side with that dancer makes me think the dancer arms could serve as a good arm template (making her a type2 sprite)

also, the female theif is an awesome template for females in general.

I would not have guessed either you did very well with the clothing and hair Zozma.

Zozma: That looks sweet; just remove the pillowshading around the hair and a few parts and it'll really look good, I mean it.


Btw, dancer update, and some experiments:

lol Smash, thats his Misty sprite, it has been on the site forever...i dunno if he plans to fix it any, i actually like the hair the way it is...

Since breasts dont get much attention during spriting, mainly cause they dont show as much when finished, Hair is the only part that makes a female psrite really stick out.

Your belly dancer is looking very good now Smash, the bellybutton was needed.

I like the idea of the helmet, but it still needs a little help. Right now the front plate thing looks like it kind of merges with the curve of the skullcap and thus lacks mass. But maybe that is how it is supposed to look.

Bangs on the thief is an improvement.

Hmm... that's not just a generic Cavalier, isn't that the Axe Knight from Path of Radiance? His name escapes me currently... but when you first see him he's wearing a helmet like that.

I had an internet shortage a while back, and used the actual game as reference. Luckily, I had a file at that point of the game.

And Cheetah, the helmet is supposed to look like the POR ones, but then I found out that they're different from FE7 ones. I made both cavalier versions anyway.

ah thats the one! i was remembering the FE7 one but thinking it came from POR. You should really consider doing a general sprite (please?)
