Do we get to join up with Miluda?

She is an optional recruit. Stubborn till the end, however the 3rd and final battle with her, if you manage to get her to critical and dont kill her the battle will end and she will have a little dialoge with you and then it will give the option to recruit her.

if you kill her before getting her to critical the game will go on without that.

i wonder if i can make it so that if you kill her, you get a rare 1 of a kind weapon as a battle reward. but if you recruit her you dont get the item.

my plan is to make her see what he's become. But as far as him being aware that she is still alive? no, Im going to change the dialoge at windmill to show that Wiggy doesn't believe that ramza let her go.

hell be assuming that ramza killed her and his part will play out normally from there.

I'm planning for her joining point to be Finath River

Is there some rule that war trophies can only be chosen from among a unit's equiped items? otherwise I see no issue with your plan for the player either getting miluda or a neat weapon, which is a an awesome idea, btw

well im not sure, you see as long as a unit was preasant during a fight you get the item at the end... so i donno how to make it not give the item if its set to have one....

really? because in vannila, elmdor is set to give you a cursed ring as a war trophy on the roof of riovanes, but I never, ever got it, because I allways killed one of the assassins, who have no war trophy, so I think you only recive a unit's war trophy if you actually kill that unit in the battle. (which for most battles, means you always get it, because you have to kill everybody)

heh, well with the creation of my own sprite, i have 3 of the 4 pure element users created for the patch. I have decided that they will be hybrid characters. with access to the 4 spells of their element plus a few physical attacks and one that has draw out radius.

Lavian - Fire
Weapon:Ninja edge(single), Rod, Staff

Fire, Fira, Firaga, Melt
Heat Smash
Flame Attack
Incinterate - (draw out range)

Deis - Water
Weapon:Harp, Rod, Staff

Water, Watera, Waterga, Flood

Zozma- Air
Weapon:Axe, Knight Sword
Aero, Aera, Aeroga, Tornado
Wind Slash

while they can equip better weapons and armor than mages their 4 spells will be more effective when used as a secondary with a wizard or other mage types. their physical attacks better suited for fighters.

If you want you can use my DarthPaul sprite for the Earth element as it is my element of choice anyways.

Now I just need to finish up the sprite.
