Is there any way to change them?

I managed to turn my bard's sprite into that of a red mage's but the portrait remains the same. Although it changes in battle and that's adequate enough for me I guess, I still have to ask if it's possible to alter it in the formation screen. And if it is.. how is it done?

Thanks in advance to anyone who helps me out on this one.

look at my post here.
download this. its all in japanese but you need to export worldface or is it wldface.bin  open it with this program theres an option for exporting, importing, eporting palette, importing palette and then a save button under the display.

im not good at explaining but a little guesswork will set you in the right direction. this program also lets you change the unit.bin portraits so you can change that image of the bard there too.

Yes for the process above all you need is the portrait with its palette and the program above.  After some playing around (which I highly suggest) you should know how the program works.  Also SB has a pretty good tutorial on the process.  And as far as i know this should fix your problem very easily.

Yes but if you could read it the guess work disappears.
