Hey, absolutely am loving this mod. Playing the Chaos extremely hard one. Earlier game is a bit rough, however; it is fair. I recommend only one thing, either remove or change the draco elix item. It is absolutely insane and has cause fights that on paper are hard to become trivial. Once a boss's "shield" is down, they seems to be affected by it and to a point where the fight becomes sad. The fight also makes other fights way to easy from random chances of crystal, instant death, traitor, stop, petrify, etc. That is my only concern because I literally ran item rogues and just steamrolled everything. Stealth > steal (Human fights) weapon, acc, armor etc > stealth > fatal cut which on bosses with a lot of HP did 999 at level 1 and being stealth almost always 100% even with blade grasp. If you remove that item, or change it to be something different like, similar to lore of dragons, give it re-raise it would make fights SOOO much harder. Otherwise, most I've enjoyed from FFT in a long time and one of the best mods out there despite some visual bugs.

Side note, I'm using fftpatcher to find where move-find items are the spots seem relatively the same, but since onion armor was in mandalia I did not know what I could miss. Also, zero charge > odin > black mage kinda just destroys most of the game until Elmdore. Besides draco elix I mentioned before, my only real sore spot is the repeat of spells and skills for classes, and whilst it would make since that an Angelic Paladin would have white magic spell and maybe glacial shards, it seems a bit empty. I understand the concept because it makes sense it really does, but I do not know why a sword saint would have bolt storm lol. Like Luso was perfect a blue mage style character. Like praises be for giving Agrias steel formation makes grinding JP so much easier outside of missions. Props to making Mustadio so much more engaging but Balthier, unlike mustadio feels depressing because he only has safe guard, or at least tips say that, whilst mustadio has safe, hunt, aerial alch and move-find. Literally making him the best utility character. If you do any kind of updates maybe give bathier some love with at least aerial for him to have much more utility. Otherwise, he is a great pirate but his unique skill "combo" is no longer unique so effectively he is a rogue with some of mustadio's skills but missing the best ones like arm and leg break because speed is the best stat in this game. Since you know what the fight is, you can easily alternate between items or crime. Sorry, this is a long spill, but it is because I enjoy this mod so much that I have so much to say. Lastly, I'm not sure if there is information on it, but if you could update the readme to also include what spells or skills a character needs to be hit by that would be amazing because after like an hour of trying I just used patcher because some skills felt weird, like rogue maybe shadowstitch but nah its aero... like aero? Bard's however was done perfectly with it being Ramza's song that makes completely sense and is awesome for utility. Why is cleric, literally god's devout holy people learning dark holy? wouldn't that have been perfect for wizard like shadow star description is white-hot energy, that sounds more like something a cleric would do because its like a more hot holy lol. Anyway that is enough ranting sorry. Love the mod 9/10 can def see it being 10/10 with some tune-up, however it is YOUR mod so if what you have is what you have then awesome.

I created an account just to praise this mod. I'm on Chapter 3 and loving it so far. :D 
I've played the vanilla version several times, and this one has managed to give me that feeling of a new game.

While I'm here, how do I hunt the omega mini bosses? I tried using the maps in the readme, but no luck so far.

Excellent, I loved that you played the omega version, and immersed yourself in this level, that's what I want with all this work. Draco elix I already plan to make them rarer, scarcer, and restricted to a few opponents... Luckily you still spoke in time for me to release one last fix. I liked your feedback, I will reevaluate some points before releasing.

Just got to chapter 2 and notice there is no Rad to recruit?  Is this intentional?  Also if one of my party gets traitor status do I lose them forever?  I loaded state to not find out.

Yes, it's intentional, Rad can be found much more powerful later in the game as a semi-secret character and help you and then join the group... I chose to do it this way to avoid having too many weak characters for the player to train right at the start.
As for the Traitor status, don't worry, you won't lose your unit.

1) Is there any Map for Analyze Place skill ? (Move-Find item maps)
2) How to playing MultiPlayer mode?
3) How to invite Guest Characters in randomly battles?
4) How to steal items from Human Enemies?

 1 - Most of the items in the analysis place remain in the same place
 some skeletons turn into crystal right at the beginning of the battle in places that have items, this can help for now, but I'm thinking of
 something more elaborate in the future, maybe a map?
 2 - You'll need another save in the same version, being on the same network, here it's the same as the original WOTL, you just need both to use the
 same version of the mod. If you don't have a friend, I think opening two emulators might do the trick.
 3 - The "Guests" don't join the group most of the time, only at specific times.
 
but it is possible to acquire an alternative dark version of most of them later in the game... Deep Dungeon...
4 - The Rogue class has stealing skills, just make sure your opponent doesn't have Safeguard so you can steal it.

 I hope I've helped, there's still a lot of cool hidden stuff ahead. Have a good game

I bring you good news, enjoy the new revised version of FFT Omega (Bahamut Version)

Also added to the Omega Notes (V2) are the much-requested secret class skills and an  monters hunt items map...
As for the Analysis place, I can tell you that 95% of the items are in the same places, bravery has no influence on finding rare items, and the items are all more powerful than in the Vanilla version.
Regarding the 5% of altered locations, I've left in some of the group characters' lines (outside of the story and the mission) that will give you clues... (You can hate me for that!)

This version aims to fix some bugs and broken things in the Omega Chaos version, I took the opportunity to do some class leveling in a more punctual way, but we'll also have extra news for some optional battles!

Make the most of the FFT Omega experience! If you don't already use it, try combining it using the HD textures and emulator preset I provided in the comments!

1) Do Omni knight's job have 16 skill for ALL character? (My Ramza omni knight has only 11, although his job already Omni knight-Lv8; and other character omni knight job has 15 skill)
2) I increase level of Warrior& Alchemist from Lv5 to Lv6, but there is no thing change with Omni Knight job stats. Can I set all Omni knight Job abilities manually?

3) I play the game to Chapter 3 (without hunting Mini Boss). So  I cannot hunt those Miniboss in Chapter 1 and Chapter 2?

4) In Bariaus Valley battle, I received an item name "Car(!)" from movefind item skill, but I cannot see it in inventory. What is that item?
 5) Can I recruit an enemy (human, not monster) in random battles? I used Inquissitor's Dialouge skill, but the chance was 0.
Please help me this. Thank you, sir.

 Dear Zodiac Brave Warrior

1 - Regarding the Omni Knight's skills, they cannot be acquired with the JP. In my tests, the more skills learned by other classes, the more complete Omni Knight's skills will be, but I don't know if this relationship really exists, as many of his skills are initially acquired with a percentage of probability.

2 - I don't know the mechanics of upgrading Warrior and Chemist to increase their status, I know that Omni Knight's job has its fixed points, as for the skills I've never tried but maybe if he's hit a few times by the skill he can learn and doesn't have yet I believe it should work the same as the other classes, he learns when he's hit by them too.

3 - Yes, you'll be able to do the battles from the previous chapters as normal, but it will be more difficult to find these specific battles, as they are now chosen at random along with the new battles from the higher chapters

4 - I checked, it really is a bug, I can fix it in a possible future Hotfix, but it won't make much difference, it was a bow of Artemis, such a weapon will appear commonly in the Noble Archers of chapter 4.

5 - 5 - Yes, but some special classes are immune to the Invite status, as well as characters who are "immortal" (they don't turn into crystal) that I've hand-picked to be purposely a little stronger at that moment in the game, in order to provide a challenge. Finally, another possibility is that some pieces of equipment protect you from Invite status, such as the Angel Ring and the Ring of Curse, so if you get rid of these pieces of equipment, there's a chance that Invite will also be hit.

Thanks for playing the Omega version, there's still a lot of content to enjoy. Enjoy the experience!
Don't worry if you don't master all the jobs or don't get all the items, because I haven't managed that yet either...

Reis sprite is bugged or is it just me? She doesn't have a portrait and her character sprite is a blob of yellow dragon.


Are you planning to release a more robust guide for your mod like with item locations(Analyze Place) and especially monster locations, location battles and other secrets. There are certainly surprises, like characters joining out of nowhere.

One of the best mods I've played by the way. Thanks a lot.

Is there a way to learn dark holy from the demons with the omega knight? Since they absorb darkness into their base class and end up recovering HP if they receive it, I can't see any way to learn it since they have to take damage unless later you can learn from an enemy by crystallizing it
