Final Fantasy Hacktics

I recently got a new unrooted PSP and started Tactics on it, I made a new save after playing for a bit then put the game and memory card back into my old rooted PSP. The saves I made weren't showing up on LionEditor so I booted up the same on my old PSP and they weren't there either, SO I again swapped the memory card and game onto the new PSP and they were there. Anyone know how to solve this?
