[FFTA] Change Marche's starting class with FFTA All-in-One Editor?

Hello, I was just wondering how to change Marche's starting job and if thats not possible, how to change his starting stats so he can be a decent magic user. Thank you!^^

-Side note: Sorry if this has been asked already. I looked for an answer via search but couldn't find an answer. And sorry if I missed a guideline, I'm new to the community and forums in general.
