Final Fantasy Hacktics

When the AI uses skills with a charge time they still seem to target my units even though I've unchecked the Follow Target and Select Target (this used to be the Targeting flag, right?) flags.
What am I doing wrong?

Nevermind, unchecking the Check CT/Target flag in the AI Behaviour box did the trick
