Final Fantasy Hacktics

i've been searching through forum for days it seem its only possible via ALMA 4 by pokeytax,but the sheet seems so difficult to understand
hoping pokeytax sees this and give a short tutorial regardiing what all the tabs do 

Or is this possbile by any other ways?I mean to have individual characters innate slot expanded for customization instead of the "innate all ASM Hack".
