Mac OSX Lion doesn't support PPF-O Matic

So yeah, having a hard time patching my file without being able to use PPF-O Matic. Is there any other program out there that anyone knows of? My searches haven't turned anything up at least.

Mac OSX Has its Own PPF-O-Matic in the App Store that works for all Updates
