The gun I am trying to make is a water ele gun that has a 25 percent chance of casting water ball . It has a wp of 16 (2 more than the stone I think ) The issue is it takes off 24 hp one time then it will do 999 the next ! How can I fix this ?

Are you using one of the weapon XA rewrites that FDC/I wrote? If not, then you're getting a common glitch that causes the damage to increase each time you retarget with a weapon.
