basically i want to make hamedo activate for physical attacks from monsters as well as humans... thanks!

Whether a skill has the "Weapon Ranged" property governs whether Hamedo/First Strike will trigger against a specific skill.  If your skill copies your equipped weapon's range, it can be hit with Hamedo, else, no.
