Fixing Formation/Menu sprites for existing characters

I don't know if this is easy or not, but I've looked into the tutorials on adding sprites and most of them are concerned with custom sprites.  Any chance that it's (fairly) simple to make the formation sprites show up correctly for characters like Delita 2, Elmdor, Zalbag etc.?

Also I guess as this is my first post, just want to say that what everyone on this site is doing is really cool.  I never thought I'd see so much customization in FFT.  Voldemort7's videos on Youtube led me here :D

Any character that is not normally viewable in the formation screen needs to go through the same motions as any custom character. And welcome. =)

Alright, cool.  So basically I will have to extract the sprite from the game and then overwrite one of the unused sprite slots for formation/menu screens?  Also, I've read the tutorial here, does the programs listed here correspond with the programs in SentinalBlade's tutorial post here?  

I'm also curious about the individual applications within the files SentinalBlade posted if these are the same ones mentioned in Lydyn's tutorials.

That's right. And go with Sentinel's stuff, his tutorial is much newer.
