FFTacText - Transferring data from one file to another

There must be a quicker way to transfer the information from one file to another. For example, since I was having trouble with the WLDHELP.LZW DTE error, I restored the data from a clean ISO and am now currently transferring the information from the FFTText file I imported from a FFT: Complete ISO...Is there a way to transfer the text from one FFTText file to another without having to copy and paste 300+ times?
