Final Fantasy Hacktics

I cannot seem to fix my portrait in Shishi's.  I've been messing with the colors and the palette, I followed the tutorial in the tutorial section, but nothing is working.  I'm pretty close to fixing it, as most of the colors look good, but not perfect.  I've attached some screenshots of my progress, hopefully these will help you help me !
