my shishi sprites editor cant open, n always appear an error message: the application failed to initialize properly (oxc0000135). click on OK to terminate the application. please help, my os is winxp sp2................

You need to have a .NET framework installed.  I'm pretty sure 2.0 and upward works.

should work.  .NET 4.0 is out but from the looks of it xp SP2 isn't supported.  3.5 most certainly suffices.

I had the exact same problem, downloading .NET 3.5 cleared everything up.  I recommend it most highly.
