Final Fantasy Hacktics

I purchased the downloadable version of Final Fantasy Tactics on the Playstation store on my PS3.
This version works on PSP, as well as PS3, but do the hacks work.

Please tell me how to import sprites/new characters. I want to have some bad ass characters on my save file.
