To find a skillset, convert the hex number in FFTPatcher of the Skillset to Decimal, then find it in Tactext.  In this case, 9F = 159.  9F Ying-Yang Magic is the skillset used by the Undead Oracle, so its correlating set in Tactext is 159 Ying-Yang Magic.
