Final Fantasy Hacktics

Hey everyone, I'm newcommer to FFT hacking. I have a question. I downloaded the FFT patcher pack and i was using the FFTactext editor to... you know... edit some text :p... and it worked the first time I changed something. Now whenever I try edit the text and click save it says  DTE for OPEN.LZW has failed. Nothing else fails just the OPEN.LZW. Does anyone know what this means or how to fix it? I didn't change anything in the OPEN.LZW folder... HALP!
