Final Fantasy Hacktics

Hello, this is hopefully the first post of many.
I'm trying to make my first portrait but, as it turns
out, I suck at any thing related to pixeling.
So... help a newb out pls.
I figure I look mostly like Delita so I managed to darken his skin tone.
Recoloring the hair will be my 3rd biggest problem.
Second I wear 7 plaits with seven beads on each
They're on the right side of my head at the edge of my hair
so they kinda hang over my face.

And the number one problem is....Since FF Tactics dudes don't have noses
how do they ware glasses???

if you want just to change colors i recomend u use graphics gale and copy colors from sprites of the game they are some portraits wearing glasses arround the site take a look at this http://www.ffhacktics.com/sprites/sheet ... Valeth.png for the plaits i dont know i think u could custom made it with a lil of work

Custom made and I think that FFT's nose is not visible, not that they don't have nose (I think).
