Final Fantasy Hacktics

You can currently download Portal via steam for free (right here), but I'm on dial-up; my case is hopeless.
I ask for anyone here to burn the game on a CD/DVD and send it to me via mail.

Just download it over the course of a few days. Or, wait until you have access to someone else's computer/internet; once you make a steam account and claim the game, it's free forever and you can download it anytime.

It's still legal if you claim the game and THEN someone mails it, right?  >_>

I don't think the law makes exceptions for distributing copies to people who already own it, but on the other hand I don't think anyone will care.
