I also agree with text editing for skills, items etc. It'd be very useful and probably the most realistic feature to add. By being more realistic, I mean it would be nice to have something less cumbersome than Nightmare modules in the editor but that sounds like something that would take significantly more development time.

Does this mod do anything to the AI? I feel like that was the major weakness of the game's difficulty. The basically non existent AI. If someone told me they didn't pick moves at complete random I wouldn't believe them. Using status effects on enemies with less than 10% HP, buffing allies with 10% HP, black mages choosing to melee instead of cast magic regardless of how much MP they have.

Does anyone know if the 1.0 editor is ever getting released? It's been years now with no word about it.

The game just isn't popular enough. Something that would have got the community going again would have been the new release of the All in One(AIO) editor.  I think it's safe to say the project was abandoned though. It's been 3 years since the last time anyone related to the project posted about it.

I've been able to change it to PA * WP with Torg ASM but it loses the no evade flag which is what I really want to keep.

Any word if this is still in development? It's been a year and a half since any posts about its status. If so, will there be a beta version so possible bugs and feedback can be given?

Am I allowed to make more than one request in my post?

Poison/Regen is 1/5 of HP

Phoenix Down only takes 50% of undead HP.

Change Gun damage formula from Dmg_(WP^2) NS NE to  Dmg_[Weapon] PE NE. Basically, I want guns to use normal weapon damage formula but instead of being based on weapon power ^2 so it can scale while keeping the no evade.

How did you implement level scaling? That's the main thing putting me off on messing with hacking in this game besides the poor AI.

Would there happen to be any eta on this at this point? It's been about 6 months since this topic was made and I haven't heard anything about it for a while.

How about Alchemists? Why are they the only job that has an innate ability?

How did you make units start with full MP?

The main thing keeping me from bothering with modding A2 is the lack of AI. The only thing they do is move as close as possible and pick a random ability to use. There are no priorities to kill your low HP units or heal themselves. There's also no level scaling.

If it's anything like FFTA, it won't work. You'll have issues with the casting animations of the spells and the characters will glitch and likely cause the game to freeze.

Do you plan on doing stuff for FFTA2? The level scaling alone would be amazing. Lennart has some nice tools so just that would make me want to get started on modding that game.

1: Cool!
2: Yeah. I was using that to make a few extra ghetto effects. The program is pretty annoying to use sometimes though.
3: I figured that'd be a stretch.
4: Not too worried about this but it would be cool in the future.
5: For the law thing I just used Nightmare modules to modify the missions and painfully remove the law card rewards from every mission lol. As for y u no law. It mostly just feels like cheating. I can manipulate the laws in such a way that that it breaks the ai and has little to no effect on my own party.
