It was a hacked version of the original tactics Voldemort played with the Enemies being always 2x stronger than the player's and can break the level 99 limit (up to 199). They had access to all weapons, so you might see knights wielding chaos blades at level 99.

Sure, go to gamefaqs and search, bastardpoetry posted them i believe, thats where i found the codes... im doing 1.3 WOTG...up to quaklin....bastard is level 60....lol its hard to stay low level cause you get so much exp from attacking enemies double your level

Please... i beat the 1.3 a week ago... and now i want to try something much harder....

war of the gods is not a patch it's a set of game shark codes

normal 1.3 is harder than war of the gods codes on 1.2

you can try playing with war of the gods codes on 1.3

up to 199

you can use a lvl 180 stats orlandu for example

makes the challenge a joke
