New to FFH lioneditor help

Hi there . Im new here. been trying to figure this out for days. i got my save file with lioneditor.bin. ive edited my save to how i want. nothing big. i cant seem to get that save working now. i dont have access to a psp but am using a vita. when i downloaded the save it worked fine on my ps vita. but fro some reason i cant change it. please help asap thank you
