Trouble with FFTacText Help me Please!!!!!

I have a trouble with this soft, FFtacText, when ai try to patch my .iso this showme a message of error, some solutions here???, helpme =). thanks...

dont open the iso in tactext. save your tacttext exit as a tactext file. then open this file in tactext and use the patch iso option to patch your image. that should fix that error

I'm having that same exact error. The base patch is Final Fantasy Tactics Complete (the wotl text). And I edited some of the text to what I felt sounded better (for instance First Strike to Hamedo). And I followed exactly what you said there Elric (for the most part ), but I still get the error.

Steps I did:
1.) Opened the ISO up with the wotl text (see above)
2.) made the edits I wanted
3.) Saved  as .ffttext
4.) Closed the program completely
5.) reopened ffttactext
6.) Opened said .ffttext file
7.) Patch Iso

I want most of the WOTL text, so I can't start from scratch with the regular ffttext. But keeps giving me the above error? Also, sorry in advance if I was supposed to my own thread about this due to the rules.
