Using Lioneditor with the Vita or on PC

I downloaded FFT off the PSN and have been playing it alot recently and wanted to try out Lioneditor but I heard you can only use it with a psp that has CFW. I tried moving the save to my computer to use lioneditor there but to no avail so I ws wondering if anyone knew a way how to use it or would be willing to make a save for me?

One of my friends locally has a very similar request.  Let me try it with his savedata first, and if that works, I can let you know what will need to be done before I request your savedata.  (wouldn't want to waste your time if it doesn't work.)
