Creating a Patch

First off I'd like to say hello everyone, I'm new to the forums! Okay, so I generated a new patch with FFTPatcher, and was wondering how I can add the data from that patch along with the altered data I have from FFTEVGRP, and FFTactext into one single patch. I think what I need is a .ppf file, but I'm not sure how to go about doing this.
