If it is for WotL, you need transform spr to bmp:

1 Download the sprite in the ''custom sprites''
2 Open shishi sprite editor with a PSX ISO restructure and import the sprite.
3 Export the sprite in BMP format.
4 Open shishi sprite editor again and select your PSP ISO.
5 Import your sprite in BMP format

If it is for PSX:

You need to restructure the ISO.
