Mime, Bard and Dancer help!! plz

I don't know if this is a repost or not...

Im am fairly new to this and I would like to know is there a way to edit the base sets for the Bard Dancer and Mime. And what I mean by that is this:

Can I make it to where Male and Female Characters can be both a Bard AND Dancer? (For job editing reasons)

And also, how can I "fix" my mimes to where I can set abilites when I change jobs? I have the FFTPatcher and I want to give the mimes a new skill set OTHER than mimic.

Just replace Bard and Dancer with "Performer", and give them the same stats/skillset as each other.

As for Mimes, they're hardcoded, meaning they're an utter pain to change and haven't been changed thus far to my knowledge.

so there is no way to remove the gender barrier for the 2?

And that sux i can fix the mimes.
