If you want a light hearted cult classic, how about Hocus Pocus?

Notable parts of the movie:
- The main character is 14 years old and is constantly harassed about being a virgin.
- Plenty of fanservice for those into women that are in their 40s.
- The "steal children's souls" thing that the witches do might be an allegory for pedophilia.

Haha, I remember watching it as a kid and finding it pretty enjoyable. I just listed that stuff to get some interest, as it's a comedy and not a horror film
