Changing generics to uniques

So, is there a way to take a generic class and making it unique? Like take Knight and Change it to say Holy Knight, then say Rad and change him to Holy Knight and then later to ninja but he keeps his Holy Knight looks, just like a unique...

Been trying to wrap my brain around it but no luck...

Sure you'd do it the same way you'd make any custom unique, just use a generic ssprite and duplicate the skillset and job stats
