PLEASE!!! I need help really bad!

I am completely clueless when it comes to programs like ShishiSpriteEditor. So I have come to ask for help with my situation. Anything anyone has to offer will be greatly appreciated.

I only have a .bin and .cue file of Final Fantasy Tactics that I play on ePSXe. I have tried to import a Ramza custom sprite over all three Ramzas, a Zack Fair over female squire and Sephiroth over male, and the Cloud over male knight and Vincent over female knight. As I said before, I am terrible with this stuff, so I assume that is it and I load the game in ePSXe. But the sprites will not show. Please what am I doing wrong?

I believe you need to run Shishi editor, and go to File>Load ISO, and try running the .bin file that way.  If it is rar'd try taking it out/extracting it out of the rar file.  This might work.

In battle or out of battle? It could also be that you are using one-paletted sprites.

I have found out what I was doing wrong. Thanks to Celdia on this page http://ffhacktics.com/smf/index.php?topic=6702.0, I figured out how to change the formation sprites thanks also to Phlashblazer for helping.
