Help with custom sprites!

I've imported 2 custom sprites into my Iso with shishi (A female onion knight and spiky hair warrior 1.1)
They work fine, but in the formation screen (and in the pre-battle screen) they revert to the sprite I've replaced!
During battles, they work fine
Any help?
