Problem Job Skill Sets

I seem to remember seeing something, somewhere, that talked about certain jobs that don't really take too kindly to having skill sets altered. I want to say that Lancer and Squire may have been on that list.

Did these problems regard changing skills or adding skills to that specific skill set (Jump, for instance), or are those jobs simply not able to be  edited at all?

I am almost positive that there was a topic that talked about this, but I can't remember where I saw it. If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd be grateful.
