Ok ok sorry lol, just wanted to try it out to see if it work. Same fixes as before, but moved the head back :3

Move the head one more pixel to the left, it still lokks funny. For future(remeber this, one of spriters basic things to know), if you are swapping heads or doing something with those, always look where the eyes are, if you want to implement new head, look where the eyes of the base are, and then replace it with your head, pretty simple.

You know what it was? I fixed the smaller sprite but forgot to replace the larger one, so EDIT on my last post of the upgraded sprite.

Tried to do the mask in the first pic, it looks ok to me..but a little plain.

That style of mask may not work in FFT form--it's not detailed, but the structure and shading to it may be hard to mimic on such a small scale. Good luck anyways.

I liked it better without the mask, personally. If you're going to do a mask, use the male Ninja's mask. Otherwise it looks like you were just too lazy to finish her face...
Otherwise, I like it. Even though I don't think it looks much like Gaga D: It might be a little hard to do a Gaga-esque sprite for FFT, because her outfits are so elaborate and out-there.

In Wiked's defense (not that I'm exactly a Lady Gaga fan), is that what it's really about? The whole goal of the forum is to help spriters improve, yes? You don't exactly have to patch the sprite, but there's a bit of a niche for everyone isn't there? I mean, I've been working on the Werewolf sprite; people aren't exactly beating down my door for it. I've seen work on the Scholar. Great work, but nothing I'm planning on patching into my games. I don't think it matters if one happens to be a fan of the source material, but rather that we make the effort to help one another improve. Just tossing my two cents in.

Once again though, you forget that I'm not making lady gaga, that I was inspired BY HER OUTFIT. Otherwise don't you think I would just call the edit LADY GAGA?
And frankly I may be new here, but I don't appreciate you bagging on either my work or what I'm trying to go for, and personally? Anyways, back on topic.. I agree, forget the mask, looked better without..but I'm trying to think of how to alter it so it doesn't just look like a slimmed down female monk.

But dood, my sprites are not a manifestation of Beyonce or Michael Jackson, so you cannot brag about that. Just why am i wasting my keyboard here, good luck with this sprite dood, I look further to your improvements(there, this was "showmanship") and just fix the arm connection to her chest (our right arm), copy/paste Rafa or something, because this connection just is wrong.

To rework the mask, consider taking the bottom part of the male Ninja's mask (as Clem suggested earlier) and just give her a blindfold/bandanna. I also think you should go ahead and leave the female Monk's legs and head, and just use Rafa's chest and arms.

Haha, wow, never thought Kage would get into a verbal disagreement with a newby spriter, well whatever, lets try to keep our cool here...anyways, as for the sprite, I think that you might need to change pretty much just the hair (too pillow shaded), the arms (well at least the brown crap surrounding them-look at other sprites like Monk at the same time) and the face mask covering thing could be changed around a bit. Not to bad, but like everyone else, how come Lady Gaga? But whatever, do whatever you want, and not what other people want
