Is it possible to add a completely new character?

And (of course) like a 'Unique' character..Not a Generic :/..Well..Either that or replacing a character...Like Mustadio or Agrias..

But it would be convenient to be able to insert a completely new Unique character..

Completely. Even custom jobs, attacks, effects, sprites, events.. Ect.

Even a hacking noob like me has done it before, with help from some of the tools found here.

Really? Okay, that's a relief.. I mean, I was sure you could..But I thought it would be some elaborate way to do it, thus hard for me.
