Yeah, pretty much. Well without the mouth, of course. I know its ugly but its the rough sketch.

so you did do both the wraped and unwrapped. ..  I think the wrapped draft is fine. . . then with the palette change it looks unwrapped. . .

Yeah, because I'm not sure which is better. However, the shadings are different. So, if you use the wrapped, changing palettes will just make the bandage change colour instead of look like unwrap.

well because when his sword stretches out and senses strong chakra it gets all spikey even in the bandage so it could be done that way. . just a matter of eye illusion and color choices I guess. . .

I think in the singing animations you left a little bit of ninja belt that needs to be green or something. The rear-side view of his head is bother me now for some reason. My gosh this is great progress though and he is looking amazing.

I want a ninja seal casting pose for the singing anim. . . so it will also be custom and may take a while. I admit i too am bothered with the rear view head and need help with it. . . that is actually my 3rd attempt at it and no luck with customizing it. . . looking for suggestions. . .

Almost. I've done four portraits, Tobi, Pain (Still got problem), Konan and Itachi. More to come but not very soon.

here is some frames of madara. i changed his legs to the kakashi legs to fit in with the naruto world lol. but yeah, he still needs a pallette  change and needs some fixes on his armor. but it seems like everyone abandoned the naruto spriting section lol.

yeah i noticed that scatt an seushiro havent been on for a while... i'm rarely on myself. but yes i was thinking the same about the sprite. i havent changed the colors yet...

You're gonna need to spend some more time revising this sprite: there aren't nearly enough shades on the legs or the hair, and the feet need some serious work. The shading on the original male Samurai isn't all that great, in my opinion, so you might want to consider adding to what the base gave you. You're at 12 colors or so, right? Get crackin'. And once you're ready, replace the entire palette.

oh been awhile since i saw that Madara sprite been looking for it. . . why not use the real samurai reds and just takeout the greens and browns for the hair?. . .
