my first sprit sheet attempt:

used zozma's sprite head and portrait and the body of  of ramza's father concept sprite. it type 2 so when use in ramzas place his arms dont look right and for some reason his portrait is a black screen, and he turn invisible when hes hit i or blocks)cant remember which. i'd love some constructive critism :)

hope zozma does not mind me using part if his sprite and who made ramza fathers doesnt ether, if the do ill remove it.

Eh the colors are a bit boring...It's a neat sprite, but know that black-haired sprites are always tough to pull off properly.

I agree with Mav - the overall sprite looks clean but dull (color wise).  Maybe changing his armor color to something else and putting more contrast in his hair.

IMO don't start with Smash's work.
It'll take more of your time working on it.

Use another body.

For the colors,
remember first to borrow colors from existing sprites.

Yea, Olan is good. And yes, don't try using Smash work's first. His work is bit more sophisticated than others.

Ah the reason for that is photobucket converted your file to a JPEG.  You should try Imageshack, or just directly attaching the BMP file to your post.

You can just attach the file here,
then delete it later if you don't need the previous image.

still using GIMP? I suggest you stick with GraphicsGale. :)

I think I just Googled it and downloaded it. I still have the install file, but I can't remember where I found it...Though I assume I got it from this site, since it appears to be the same file...
