The dark gray outline I wasn't sure how to change, the black pixels under her hair actually aren't supposed to be there. Minor oopsie from me during the copy/pasting process that I apparently forgot to rectify.  The belt uses two colors like Rafa's sash, though I guess that may not be enough.  The color choice from the clothes was made to match Marle's color scheme for her sprite and not her artwork, where in her artwork and animated cutscenes her clothes are white, her sprite actually has clothing in a shade of green.
