Looks disgaea-ish to me. Possibly something from a nippon ichi title.

How is Disgaea? I think I'll pick up the one on PSP and maybe import the US one for PS3, the US version has patches, trophies and DLC the UK version doesn't get.

Disgaea 1's one of my favorite games ever. Awesome story, pretty good gameplay (not as good as FFT), and absolutely horrible extra stuff. Getting level 9999 is one of the most tedious things ever.
