Looking for some map editing tutorials and can't find any.

I want Hex Editing information on the maps if there is any documentation out there i will love you long time lolz


Also wondering possibilities of COMPLETE map editing as well (i.e. editing textures used, and world map editing etc.)

and yes i used the search feature to no avail ugh!

Anything is possible as long as it is within the hardware's limits. (ie. disc space, RAM, Video RAM, processor, etc.)
