Well, Voldemort suggested trying something radically different for a ninja design. Those 2 are fairly traditional-looking in some sense. I might try something a little different as well.

A start on Golbez from FFIV. Needs the gold trim on his armor. Based the helmet off of CidIII's Cecil sprite

Asmo x, what was the intent behind that?  It makes me think of a noble pretty-boy.  If that was your goal, then great job.  The foot on his left looks blocky on the smaller version though.  Perhaps shaving a pixel or two?

Yeah Zodiac said something about the feet too. Thing is, they are straight copy/pasted from Zalbag. I haven't done anything to them. I think I will move some pixels around to get rid of that blockiness though.

IMO, if you want something original, don't bother making a "ninja" at all.

I don't see the problem with a generically stylized sprite for an extremely generic and overdone class.

She looks dead with those colors, not icy.  Also, should she really have blond hair?  Isn't it almost always some shade of blue?

The hero's farthest foot looks too small to me.  Otherwise, they're good.
