Dude, back in the 80's, Atari was the ONLY developer (aside from up and coming nintendo). I dont think sega genesis/master had even been conseived form the sweat on the Atari's plastic ballsack.

lol all joking aside though;

Comcast is incredibly stupid with plans taht dont involve businesses. Household comcast couldnt give a shit; i live 4 miles from the comcast building here in florida, and they say im to far out to get a proper connection. i even bought the 12mbit do it yerself setup...they didnt even come back to replace a cable they cut off mine to put in our neighbors cable.

Rage against comcast aside; this is the same for ALL ISP. given the oppurtunity, they will save what they can with bandwidth and storage space. As soon as the ISP realizes that the amount of bandwidth this thing will take from just 1, they will limit it. when everyone gets one, theyre going to either block it, or limit it to a 56k modem type speed. which will be awful for the bigger games.

To get the best of this, youd need your own, personal ISP.

Developrs make me mad. we should put them in our shoes, and make them play with the crap they put out nowadays(console and gamewise) so that THEIR eyes can bleed from the sub-par material they are pulling out of their shit holes.

I would be surprised if any game developer that made a crappy game didn't realize their game was crappy when it released.

As for consoles/hardware/ect, these are all conceived by committees of businesspeople, who hire people to lie to them about the viability and progress of their new product.
