How do you make the screen smaller for EPSX?

But how do I know which one makes the screen smaller?

2 ways.  In the video plugin settings there a ratio for either windowed or fullscreen.  Set that to windowed.  There is also a number input box that lets you chose exactly how big you want the screen.   The 2nd way is to press Alt+Enter while the game is fullscreen.  That one dosent save though
