As promised, here's the thread.

Rules (Subject to Add or change)
-No Items
-1 v 1

-Best 2 of 3 matches.
1st round: Random or pre-determined Neutral Stage
2nd: Loser's Counterpick
3rd: winner's
-You are allowed to switch characters between the 1st and second match, but not after. (No 2nd to 3rd)
-Both the winner and the loser must confirm the match's results to be valid.
-If someone doesn't schedule the match on time, I will determine if one or both players are disqualified.

Note:
I will continue to update this thread with Fc's and eventuall match-ups and a tree. Depending on time and number of enterants, I may not participate.
Deadline for sign up: Monday Evening.
