It fits perfectly, despite being pixels taller than humans. :D

Walking animation straight from Shishi

For some reason, I feel unsatisfied by how the head looks.

Woot, 300 posts.

Awesome.  The only truly odd thing I notice is the ear.  It looks as if the arm is moving it, but they aren't touching each other.

Man, I'm anxious to see the bangaa be completed. Once its done, the bangaa can be used in so many ways!
1. As a random encounter enemy
2. As a unique character in a patch (or generic for the enemies)
3. Or even by editing multiple bangaa to make a whole patch using bangaa instead of humans =D and replacing all the classes with bangaa classes (Squire=Warrior, Knight=Gladiator, Monk=Defender, Lancer=Dragoon, Geomancer=Templar, etc. [except some classes would have to be made up])

Alot.

But that's the point of this proyect, making a simple bangaa to use as a base for other proyects. I will also make many variations of it, like the red, green and black ones from XII; some will have those patches that cover their eyes, while others having different clothes, ect.

A very useful sheet, indeed. :D

Silvasruin: I had to make them move, as they looked pretty bad without movement. I will try to fix their appearance notheless, the result also bothered me a bit.

Also, I discovered what the resize option in paint does.

Over all it looks great, but I agree. The head looks a little disjointed. Maybe try moving back a couple of pixels and down one.

I do these with Gimp everytime.

No weapons on legs. It was a quick edit anyway.

I did it while doing some adjustements to the dancer, that led me now to do this:

Generic Assasin (early concept)

With the changes I did to my custom dancer sprite, I could probably make the entire generic assasin sheet (above) in less than a day, it'd take just a few minimal changes, like covering the belly, giving her the headband, and mouth cover, among other details.

Quite possibly the first sprite concept of yours that I didn't like.

Just too plain. Headband and mask are the only additions I like.

Hence why I labeled it early concept.

I crave ideas.

Yeah, I know making them not move wouldn't look right either.  I don't have any suggestions on what would make it look right, just saying that it is the only weak area, and in all honesty that isn't all that weak.

The weapons are the only big loss for Altima, but there are (unavoidable) minor losses of detail all through it.  It does look nice, though.  I think the right boob (her right) is a bit deflated compared to the other.

Assassin... in a dress doesn't make sense to me.  Assassins should be mobile, right?  I think a dress would be counter productive.  Even if it didn't hinder movement, loose cloth can be caught on stuff.

those assassins celia and lede were not good example of assassins either since they were really demons disguised as beautiful girls.

I love that assassin sprite. If you finish it, I could use it in my patch (The female unique job IS assassin)
