Rechain of memories was absolutely dreadful, I hope to never witness that sucky game again...

I was rather fond of it, but that is because I don't mind the card based combat.

I played the original chain of memories and I had the cheapest strategy ever.

I would waste ALL my cards except for ONE good cure spell and an attack card that was 0. I could immediately cancel out my enemy's attack and heal and then rinse and repeat.

That was the strategy I used to defeat a majority of the bosses.

I love the gummi ship customization. It made the first one more fun than it already was and KH2 gained a whole knew level of awesomeness.
