As mentioned Ramza and cape don't mix, but this...awesome, you are working fast.

Without a cape might be best, if there was any cape I had planned for it to be small and innocuous. But no matter, no cape will do fine.

I'll just do a caped Ramza and non-caped Ramza. :P
Maybe we can find use with both of them.

Maybe in an event where Ramza throws the cape?
That would be coooool.

Good idea, but is it possible? And why he would do that?

I believe it looks better without the cape, but the red and brown are messing with me.  I can't give all that great of an opinion with those colors distracting me.

in his standing pose it looks like he is missing his shoulder pad on the far arm

What is going on with that top right pic?  It looks weird.  I prefer the palette with the black greaves and brown... um... skirt?  That said, I like the color used for the armor trim for the other one.

Yes, the pads are not given originally from the DK sprite. I'll have to improvise.

Ramza's attacking. haha. Which one did you liked? The original one from DK? or the latest one?

The yellow trim.  Don't really care much for that palette besides the yellow trim.

The alignment of the legs to the upper body looks a tiny bit off in some frames. Could just be me, though.

Ramza looks like a bodybuilder with that armor on. At least that's the impression it gives me... maybe it's the shoulders...
Also, I like the palette :)

Your... goal is to make him look like a body builder?

he looks fine if you just give him another shoulder pad and it will look like he has very heavy armor on... it looks fine "buff-wise"

I personally do not want him to look "buff" that's just not Ramza, I feel.

Yeah, I agree. I think he meant he'll try to fix that, as Mike mentioned before that he wasn't 100% satisfied with the arms positions.
