some questions

I played the PSX version and the android version. Tried to save edit the android version to add some characters like Alma, Gafgarion, Olan and I just learn there are these modding tools. So with these tools I should can:

- add learnable Teleport 2 to Time Mage
- add sanguine sword to Ramza skillset, and some other abilities like Dark Holy, Midgar Swarm to other jobs like Time Mage or Geomancer? or add some Orlandu skills to knights? Are we able to add skill to some jobs?
- change Balmafula skills to assassin's and make her recruitable?
- Am I able to play rendezvous missions on emulator? or at least I could add the multiplayer items to some random encounters enemies equipments? Make Onion Knights and Dark Knights appear in random battle and make them equip their exclusive equipments so I can steal them?
- Make Rafa and Malak skill much better
- Make Boco unique White Chocobo like Trickster from ff12
- Add a custom skillset to Onion knight as it doesn't have skills
